As a manufacturer and exporter of hotel amenities, our orders are typically bulk and made-to-order. Shipping timelines and terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation and vary by destination, order size, and customization requirements.

Because our products are manufactured to order and often customized with client branding, we are unable to accept returns once production has begun, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Any such issue should be reported within 7 days of receipt so we can make it right.
